We flew to Mallorca for our 5th anniversary !
Two years ago, we celebrated our third anniversary by the shores of Lake Annecy.
Two exceptional days awaited us: a paragliding flight, a boat ride on the lake, a huge brunch, and a delicious dinner. Moments etched in our memories, marking a real turning point for ATI4. Since then, we’ve all been saying there was a “before and after Annecy.”
So, as our 5th anniversary approached, the desire to celebrate was even stronger. But this time, we wanted to do better, to honor the past five years:
- We grew from about twenty team members to nearly 60, all unique and complementary.
- Numerous e-commerce, PIM, design, and SEO projects came to life, entrusted to us by our amazing clients.
- Hundreds of enriching new professional connections.
- Significant growth for the company.
- And countless adventures we never imagined experiencing so early in ATI4’s story.
None of this would have been possible without our incredible team. It was important for us to thank them by celebrating this fifth anniversary in a special way…
Annecy was magical. But this time, we wanted more: more people, bigger experiences, further horizons, and, above all, a memory that would last a lifetime.
And so, an idea was born: how could we celebrate this anniversary in an extraordinary place, for a weekend we’ll still remember in ten years? The answer was clear: Spain—the land of sunshine, paradisiacal landscapes, celebration, and discovery.
A little over a year ago, we decided to take the whole team on a slightly crazy project: four days in Palma de Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands. A four-day weekend that, we’re convinced, will go down in ATI4’s history. Want us to give you the recap ?
An Exceptional Setting
For several months, we dropped hints here and there. We shared multiple videos with our teams to gradually give them clues about the destination of our 5th anniversary, until finally announcing our departure for Palma.
After several long months of planning, the big day finally arrived. On Thursday, September 25th, we flew out for a full four-day stay under the sun of the Balearic Islands.
Mallorca immediately immersed us in a postcard-perfect atmosphere. Fine sandy beaches, turquoise waters stretching as far as the eye can see, and bright sunshine—the perfect setting to celebrate the agency’s 5th anniversary. It almost felt like time had paused, just to let us enjoy the moment.
We stayed at the INNSiDE by Meliá Wave Calviá hotel, right by the sea in Magaluf. Infinity pool, breathtaking sea views, and direct access to the beach… it was hard to imagine anything better!
And as soon as we arrived in Palma, we got settled before coming together for our first Spanish evening at a stunning beach club. On the agenda: tapas, cocktails, and music in a beach club with our feet in the sand—a perfect way to kick off the trip.
A Day at Sea
From our very first day, we set sail on a catamaran excursion along Mallorca’s southern coast. Wild coves, breathtaking underwater scenery, and the unique panoramas of the Mediterranean—spectacle was everywhere. We also enjoyed a barbecue out at sea in a truly paradisiacal setting.
And when it came to gastronomy, Mallorca truly spoiled us. True to our reputation, we didn’t let our stomachs rest! After our time at sea and a little free time for the team, we wrapped up the first day at a traditional Spanish restaurant, enjoying seafood dishes inspired by Spain, all set to the backdrop of live music.
Team Spirit and Competition
On Saturday, it was time for “Mallorca Express,” our day inspired by Pékin Express! Each team aimed to score as many points as possible through a series of challenges combining sport, exploration, strategy… and lots of fun.
The day began under the sun with a light warm-up, followed by the teams’ first mission—a way to get moving and kick off the competition.
Next, we headed to the heart of Palma for an urban exploration full of challenges: discovering hidden streets, solving riddles, and testing team spirit throughout the city. The adventure continued at sea with a banana boat ride along the coast of Palma—guaranteed thrills!
After the exertion, a beachside lunch allowed us to share tapas and laughter before heading out for a long quad bike ride, exploring the coastal landscapes and the island’s interior. Adrenaline was high, as were the moments of camaraderie and uncontrollable laughter.
A day full of adventures, emotions, and laughter concluded with the official awards ceremony. Trophies and small gifts were handed out to the day’s top winners, the Gremilins, as well as to everyone who stood out over the weekend: best bilingual, best organization, best outfit, best duo… So many memories to cherish these special moments.
And to close this memorable day, we shared a final seaside dinner before continuing the evening dancing until late into the night. A beautiful ending to an extraordinary weekend.
On Sunday morning, everyone enjoyed some free time: yoga, running, swimming, the beach, or simply sleeping in, before heading back to the airport. We returned to the agency at the end of the day, our minds full of memories.

It’s hard to sum up four such intense days, but these moments will forever remain etched in our memories.
This trip was more than just a brief escape from our daily routine at the agency. It was a human adventure, shared together. A travel diary we will never forget, reflecting who we are every day: a passionate, supportive team, always looking toward the future.
