Founded in 2009, Urban Painters is a company specialising in the supply of materials and equipment for artists, particularly in the fields of graffiti and urban art. Present in France and Belgium, the brand stands out through a wide catalogue of quality products — markers, spray paint, drawing and craft accessories — for artists of all levels. Today, Urban Painters’ technical expertise has positioned it as a leader in the urban art market.

Landing pages and multi-store.

We were involved in the creation of a platform adaptable to various multi-store experiences.

We developed enriched, tailored landing pages for each store, in order to strengthen each entity’s brand identity and ensure a rapid response to the expectations of different customer profiles.

Thanks to the power of Adobe Commerce (Magento), we enabled Urban Painters to centralise the management of its various stores while giving each one its own identity. This unique multi-store system is built on a shared infrastructure, making it possible to pool technical resources and marketing strategies while reducing maintenance costs. This ensures both great flexibility in store management and a far smoother, more consistent user experience.

Instagram feed

The integration of the CEVOID module into the Urban Painters platform is one of the most innovative aspects of the project. CEVOID enables Instagram posts made by Urban Painters customers and users to be incorporated directly on the site and on product pages — an authentic, visual showcase of the materials in action. Given that Urban Painters sells graffiti and painting supplies, the visual and inspiring nature of Instagram is perfectly leveraged through this module.

The result? A customer experience enriched by concrete examples of works created with Urban Painters products, presented in context. This approach strengthens trust in the brand and creates a genuine connection with the artist community, whose creations are given a platform.

Our team is also engaged in a continuous support mission on the platform, taking charge of day-to-day technical maintenance and ongoing developments to ensure a performant and secure site. This maintenance covers the correction of technical failures, bug resolution, and fluidity improvements — guaranteeing a friction-free experience for platform users.

To meet the brand’s evolving needs and constantly enrich the user experience, lightweight updates are implemented on a regular basis. This enables a progressive and continuous evolution of the site, with more targeted optimisations. For example, we are currently working on modernising certain graphic elements — such as CTAs (calls-to-action) — in order to strengthen user engagement with the brand and drive conversions.

A key focus of our work also involves platform version upgrades. A major Adobe Commerce (Magento) update was carried out in summer 2024, integrating the latest features to strengthen the site’s security and performance. In parallel, we maintain daily monitoring on security matters to anticipate and address any potential vulnerabilities, ensuring maximum reliability for the brand.
