Our AI Team.
AI only amplifies expertise when the people maintaining it have some.

AI doesn’t replace a good Magento developer. It doesn’t replace an architect who understands the challenges of a B2B e-commerce project, and it doesn’t replace a consultant who knows the constraints of an ERP or a PIM. In the hands of a team that masters its craft, however, it profoundly changes the way work gets done — in speed, in consistency, and in the capacity to absorb complexity.
That’s the bet we made at ATI4. We don’t hire “AI experts” disconnected from e-commerce. We train our existing team — the one that has known Magento, Adobe Commerce, Hyvä and Akeneo for years — to use AI in production, on real projects.
A trained team.
AI didn’t arrive at ATI4 overnight accompanied by a management slide deck. It settled in gradually from 2023, as the tools reached a genuinely useful level for our clients’ use cases.
Every team member found their own use cases and trained on the subject through courses delivered by Anthropic itself. An organic adoption, deepened through experience. Today, Claude is part of how we work — an integrated collaborator within the workflows that move projects forward.
What each profile does with it.
At ATI4, every role has its use cases, and we practise them all on a daily basis.
- Developers & Lead Devs: Claude Code for day-to-day Magento and Adobe Commerce development. Codebase analysis, module generation, unit tests, pull request reviews, automated documentation. What used to take a day of onboarding on an existing codebase now takes an hour.
- Product Owners: Processing user feedback at volume, writing user stories, structuring complex backlogs, drafting functional specifications from business briefs. POs reduce their scoping time by 40%.
- Scrum Masters: Retrospective summaries, user story reformulation, grooming session preparation, sprint report generation. AI handles the repetitive tasks; human judgement stays on what matters.
- UX/UI Designers: Creative brief generation, user interview synthesis, e-commerce microcopy writing, accessibility audits assisted by Claude. More time to create what requires taste and vision.
- The Marketing team: Product descriptions, SEO copy, translations, email campaigns, competitive intelligence. Claude respects the editorial constraints it’s given without requiring a complete rewrite afterwards.
A structured and secure working framework.
Using AI in production on client projects is not something you improvise. At ATI4, we have put in place a precise internal framework so that every use is controlled — technically, operationally, and with respect to our clients’ data.
Cowork is autonomy without friction: Our teams use Cowork, Anthropic’s tool that allows Claude to act within the local environment without data transiting through third-party servers. Claude works exclusively within the scope it is given.
- AI agents under control: When we deploy a Claude agent connected to a tool, it only accesses data we explicitly authorise. Every action can be validated before execution. An AI agent is not an autonomous tool released into the wild — it is a collaborator mandated on a precise scope, with clearly defined rules.
- Client data protection: Anthropic does not reuse conversational data to train its models. Internally, we do not pass sensitive client data through unconstrained prompts.
- Our teams have clear rules about what can be submitted to Claude and what cannot.

On your e-commerce projects
Our teams integrate Claude directly into your Adobe Commerce or Magento developments: product recommendations, intelligent search, catalogue automation, conversational agents, agentic commerce.

Within your teams
Your teams can have the best AI tools in the world — if they don’t know how to use them, the impact will be limited. We train your employees in the practical use of Claude within their role: developers, POs, Scrum Masters, designers, content teams. Real use cases, calibrated to your tools and your sector, led by practitioners who use it in production every day.

Staying current as a commitment.
AI evolves every week. Between January 2025 and May 2026, Claude released 4 generations of models. Autonomous execution capabilities, context window size, code performance, MCP integration — everything has changed multiple times.
Staying up to date on this ecosystem doesn’t happen by chance. It requires time, curiosity and a discipline of regular testing on real use cases. At ATI4, this is an organisational decision. Our teams test new versions as soon as they are released, and we actively participate in AI and e-commerce ecosystem events where these topics are at the heart of conversations.
What we learn today, we put into practice on your projects next week.
