Here, it’s all about passion.
From relay marathons to trail running
The ATI4 team is a community of enthusiasts who believe in the power of pushing limits, collaboration, and teamwork. These values extend far beyond office hours; they guide our actions outside of work, showcasing our commitment to these principles!

What is your time for 5 km ?
We’ve all (or almost all) had a running experience in our lives. Whether it was during a cross-country race in middle school, a local race, or charity events like the Téléthon or October Rose, which is dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer screening… It’s from this shared passion for running among a few colleagues that the ATI4 Trail team was born.
Here, we sweat — and we cheer on those who do too.
At ATI4, sport is above all about sharing and pushing beyond your limits. Not only through our own challenges, but also by supporting local clubs that are building something meaningful for their community. Every club we sponsor shares one common thread: commitment.
The Trail des Pèlerins by UTMB : may 2026.
Two years after the Trail des Celtes, the ATI4 team is back on the UTMB World Series circuit, right here in their Alsatian backyard. On Saturday 16 May 2026, Joris, Olivier and Arthur set off among the 1,800 participants of the Trail des Pèlerins: 29 km and 800 m of elevation gain through vineyards, Vosges forests, technical single tracks and typical Alsatian villages. A beautiful snapshot of our stunning region, wrapped in that unique atmosphere that only the UTMB label can deliver. They started together, they finished together under the Finisher arch. Medals around their necks and the satisfaction of having, once again, pushed the limits as a team.
2026 : first Hyrox.
On Sunday, April 5th, Quentin and Arthur laced up their running shoes to take on their very first Hyrox Race Simulation at CrossFit ODC de Lingolsheim.
For those unfamiliar, a Hyrox Race Simulation is the closest you can get to an official Hyrox competition: 8 km of running, 8 functional workout stations — ski erg, rowing, farmer carry, wall balls, burpees… All chained together, relentlessly, in a format that pushes both your body and your mind to the limit.
Our dynamic duo crossed the finish line in 1h10 together.

First team CrossFit session.
Arthur opened the doors of his CrossFit gym — the one he visits several times a week for his own training. In March 2026, Immanis CrossFit, welcomed the entire ATI4 team for an introductory session. The idea was simple: share his passion with the agency’s sport-loving crew, in a supportive environment, with an attentive coach by their side.
Kettlebells, barbells, functional movements, cardio — all chained together in that atmosphere unique to CrossFit: intense, collective, and strangely motivating.
Nobody gave up, everyone suffered, and that’s exactly what we love. What makes these moments so powerful isn’t the performance — it’s stepping away from our screens, sweating together, and discovering each other in a whole new way.
A big thank you to Immanis CrossFit and its coaches for the warm welcome, the guidance, and for not judging our wall balls and push-ups.

A first half-marathon for the ATI4 girls.
A milestone moment for Pauline and Cannelle: their very first half-marathon, run on 21 September 2025 in Colmar. For months, they trained with consistency, eagerness and determination, preparing themselves for this symbolic step in their sporting journey.
On the day, surrounded by nearly 8,000 runners, they took on the 21 km of the Colmar Half-Marathon — including a 100 m elevation gain. Despite fatigue and self-doubt, they found the strength to keep going, drawing on their preparation and sheer mental resilience.
Despite a demanding race and unpredictable weather, they crossed the finish line with immense pride and a true sense of surpassing themselves. This first half-marathon will remain etched in their memories as a real victory over themselves.
The Infernal Trail des Vosges : September 2025.
A new challenge for Arthur, who took on the Infernal Trail des Vosges, one of the region’s most iconic events: 70 km with 3,200 m of elevation gain.
Starting from Saint-Nabord, the course wound its way through the Vosges Massif, crossing more than thirty villages along the route. Mountain ridges, waterfalls, natural lakes, valleys : Arthur took it all in, one step at a time.
A gruelling, unforgettable challenge and one our Scrum Master completed with flying colours.

A first on Corsica : the GR20..
In August 2025, Quentin took on the formidable challenge of the GR20. Considered one of the most difficult long-distance trails in Europe, the GR20 crosses Corsica from north to south, covering nearly 180 km and over 10,000 m of elevation gain.
While legends like Kilian Jornet have completed it in just over 32 hours (the record stands at 31h06), Quentin’s adventure unfolded over 10 days — with all the effort, mountain refuges, encounters and untamed nature that come with it. A demanding route, often described as the hardest trek in Europe, but one that stays with you forever — because out there, you learn as much about the mountain as you do about yourself.

ruée des fadas.
june 2024.
25 of our team members joined forces to tackle over 8 km and 30 obstacles at the Ruée des Fadas in Logelheim.
Despite the wind and rain, we pushed through, demonstrating our core values: Passion, Sharing, and Expertise!
As you can see, beyond our weekly individual training, these official events offer us the chance to face challenges and push our limits, always as a team.

UTMB trail.
Moving up a gear.
Our stunning Alsace region offers breathtaking mountainous landscapes, leading us to a new challenge: a 50 km trail with 2,000 meters of elevation gain, organized by the UTMB.
Celtes trail.
On May 20, 2024, our runners embarked on a 50 km race under the sun, featuring 2,000 meters of elevation gain. The beautiful course passed through Alsace’s plains, vineyards, castles, and forests, finishing at the city walls of Obernai.
This challenge marked the culmination of months of preparation, regular training, and self-overcoming. After 8 hours of running, the team crossed the finish line, pushing their limits once again!

ekiden 2024.
Because one participation wasn’t enough, we’re once again gearing up for another edition under the sun, one year later.
Once again, our goals are clear: surpass ourselves, push beyond the limits we set last year, and cross the finish line together!
December 2023 : téléthon trail.
In December 2023, on Sunday, December 3, our athletes braved the cold and snow to participate in the Téléthon Trail. With the thermometer at -3°C, their determination was truly tested as they faced a 21 km challenge!
It was a great show of support for research and fundraising to help those affected by rare genetic diseases.

Our First Trail: Passing by the Haut Koenigsbourg Castle.
Mountains and running: trail running became our new goal!
Our first challenge, once thought impossible, was the 25 km Haut Koenigsbourg Trail. This course leads to one of the most visited historical monuments in France, passing through parks and castles, and features a demanding 880-meter elevation gain.
We took advantage of the summer to prepare, and on September 3, 2023, our athletes completed either the 13 km or 25 km race, with one goal in mind: surpassing themselves.
Three hours later, the last participants crossed the finish line, marking the end of a long and ambitious journey. Our team emerged from this adventure exhausted but proud and happy.
In October 2023 : la savoureuse, le trail de belfort.
A 13 km trail with a 600-meter elevation gain, reaching 969 meters in altitude. The course started in Giromagny, passing through Mont Rouchon, Col du Chantoiseau, and ending at Col du Mont Jean.
It was a great team outing !

A Relay Marathon.
L’EKIDEN 2023.
Early 2023, several ATI4 team members decided to take on a relay marathon challenge: the EKIDEN of Strasbourg, a Japanese-inspired race held annually during Japan Week. As the event approached, five participants signed up to represent ATI4 Group.
April 3 arrived with cold, foggy weather, but the vibrant crowd lifted spirits. Covering a total of 42 km, the six participants split the distance into 5 km, 10 km, and 7 km segments. With determination, they completed their first team challenge in under four hours, marking a memorable milestone.
In total, 42 kilometers awaited us. The six participants divided the distances into segments of 5 km, 10 km, and 7 km. With determination and teamwork, our athletes successfully completed their first challenge in under four hours. A memorable moment and a first team achievement for ATI4 !
A team race.
La ruée des Fadas 2023.
Just weeks after celebrating our third anniversary and experiencing the thrill of paragliding from the Col de la Forclaz, our motivated team took on the challenge of La Ruée des Fadas at the end of June 2023.
For fun and to let off steam, the agency’s athletes tackled this wild obstacle course in costumes! Between mud, water, climbing, and running through nature, the day promises to be full of adventures, thrills, and fun. Naturally, the ATI4 team eagerly accepts the challenge!
