Product Owner e-commerce.
📍 Strasbourg
Open to permanent hire (CDI)
We’re looking for an experienced or senior profile
Why join us?
Since 2020, ATI4 Group has been the story of a young, ambitious team that turned its passion into recognized expertise. We grow by 30% every year, and our projects already travel across several continents. A fast-growing tech agency where your work has a real impact. Our specialty? Adobe Commerce (Magento) / Adobe Commerce Cloud — powerful solutions we’ve mastered to support clients in France and internationally. Varied digital projects that will challenge you, alongside a skilled, passionate, and supportive team you’ll enjoy working with. No bullshit here. Just solid projects, colleagues you can count on, and an environment where your expertise is valued.

Your mission
Our clients don’t ask us for a website. They ask us to sell more. Your job is to figure out how.
ou’ll join one of our teams (the Cookies, Experts, Pirates, Geckos, Raptors, Gremlins, Firecorn, or Vipers) as Product Owner. Each team brings together complementary talents: 1 Lead Developer, 2 to 3 back-end developers, 2 front-end developers, 1 Scrum Master, and you. On average, a team supports three clients to stay focused, autonomous, and effective.
You’re the main point of contact for these clients on their e-commerce performance. You understand their business, their catalog, their margins, their logistics constraints, and their competition. You identify the levers that will grow their revenue, prioritize them together, and get them into production with your team.
Nobody succeeds alone here. Your success is your clients’ success, and it’s measured by their sales curve.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing performance: user journeys, conversion rate, average basket, usage data. You turn this into quantified recommendations, not intentions.
- Building and maintaining the functional roadmap for your accounts, weighing what pays off against what costs.
- Translating business needs into specifications developers can act on, running acceptance testing, and checking that what’s delivered produces the expected effect.
- Leading steering committees and representing the agency in front of executive management and e-commerce leadership.
- Contributing to scoping and pre-sales: costing, functional architecture, arbitrating scope against budget.
- Proactively bringing new levers to clients before they ask: AI-assisted search and merchandising, conversational agents, catalog automation, personalization, agentic commerce, new payment protocols.
- Taking part in agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master and the team, and contributing to estimates during sprint planning.
- Helping more junior profiles grow by reviewing their specifications and sharing your methods. This isn’t hierarchical management, it’s mentoring.
What you bring
The role is open to both experienced and senior profiles. The size of your account portfolio and your level of autonomy in pre-sales will be calibrated accordingly.
Your e-commerce experience
- At least five years working on merchant websites, not just digital projects in general. This can come from either side, and both work for us:
- Client side: you’ve run a merchant site from the inside — you know what a revenue target means, what a season decided in three weeks feels like, and what it’s like when a CFO asks for the return on investment.
- Agency or vendor side: you’ve managed projects for several merchants, and you know how to keep a budget, a scope, and a client aligned at the same time.
Methodological skills
- Product Ownership: writing user stories and acceptance criteria, managing and prioritizing a backlog, functional acceptance testing.
- Agile/Scrum methodology: active participation in ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retro, review).
- Multi-client management: ability to juggle maintenance (TMA), enhancements, and overhaul projects across several accounts.
- Documentation: clear writing in Confluence and Jira so the team and client are reading the same thing.
- Data-driven steering: reading an analytics dashboard, a conversion funnel, a performance report, and turning it into a decision.
Technical skills
- E-commerce ecosystem (essential): you’re comfortable with a market platform, ideally Adobe Commerce or Magento. If it’s a different one, that can be learned — e-commerce itself can’t.
- Understanding of architecture: you know what’s involved in connecting to an ERP, a PIM, an OMS, or a payment solution, and you can talk with developers without a translator.
- B2B and B2C challenges: complex catalogs, pricing grids, customer accounts, logistics, SEO.
- AI applied to commerce: genuine curiosity, a willingness to get hands-on and form your own opinion. For us this isn’t a marketing pitch: we have an AI team, we develop with AI, and we train our clients on AI. You’ll be on the front line to turn it into a lever for them.
Personal skills
- Client sense: you know how to say no to a client and explain why, because that’s what real advising means.
Team spirit: close collaboration with the Lead Dev, the Scrum Master, and the developers. You carry the client’s voice within the team and the team’s voice to the client. - Autonomy and proactivity: you’ve already been the only person in the room facing a client, on projects worth tens of thousands of euros.
- Communication: able to explain complex technical choices to non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa.
- Curiosity: actively keeping up with e-commerce, its tools and its practices, not just its features.
- Fluent English: essential for reading documentation, working with international vendors, and taking part in projects.
What this role is not
Let’s be clear, it’ll save you time and us too.
This is not a Product Owner role on a single product with one backlog to feed. You’ll be following several accounts, each with different business needs and different rhythms.
Nor is it a project administration role. We’re not looking for someone to keep a schedule — we’re looking for someone who can hold a conversation with an executive about what will actually move their revenue.
What we offer you
We don’t just give you a job — we offer you an environment where you can truly grow and thrive:
- Onboarding program and ongoing training to build skills and progress quickly.
- Certification support: coverage of certifications related to your profession.
- New offices in January 2027: right in the center of Strasbourg, 300 meters from the train station. Coming by train from Colmar, Mulhouse, or Metz? You’ll be at the office in a three-minute walk.
- A relaxed, supportive atmosphere where rigor and good humor go hand in hand.
- Flexible remote work: up to 3 days a week, to better balance work and personal life.
- Recognition and compensation to match your talent: no foosball table or fruit basket here, but the promise of being heard, recognized, and well paid.
- Premium equipment: MacBook only, so you can work in the best conditions.
- Full benefits package: RTT (extra days off), meal vouchers, health insurance, public transport covered 100%.
- Remote work allowance: €20/month for your comfort at home.
- Sports or cultural activity contribution: €100/year for your personal balance.
- Regular social gatherings to strengthen team spirit and share good memories.
- A structured yet agile environment where your professional development is genuinely taken into account.
