ati4 sponsoring.

At ATI4, sport doesn’t stop at our own efforts. There are those who run, those who climb, those who push their limits alone or as a team — and then there are those who, behind the scenes, build something greater than themselves. So we decided to get involved differently. Today, ATI4 supports local clubs that share our values: passion, sharing and collective expertise.

Les Gorillas de Strasbourg : Football américain.

Some people don’t do things by halves, and Quentin is one of them: Product Owner by day and American football coach by night.

Since September 2024, he joined ATI4 as a Product Owner. His day-to-day work involves structuring products, aligning teams, and transforming our clients’ ideas and requests into roadmaps for our teams. A discipline that demands active listening, vision, and the ability to stay the course when everything is moving at once. But when the working day ends, Quentin simply changes fields.

At the start of 2024, a project began to take shape in his mind and in the minds of a few like-minded enthusiasts: creating an American football academy in Strasbourg dedicated to young people. Not to compete at any cost, not to produce champions — but to offer young people a space to learn, grow, and build connections around the values of team sport. In August 2024, the first young players arrived and les Gorillas de Strasbourg were born. The club quickly became part of ASPTT Strasbourg, the first omnisports club in Alsace with more than 4,000 members.

The central idea behind the Gorillas is built around human development: a young player who starts at 11 or 12 and stays with the club until the age of 20 becomes far more than an athlete. They become someone who is trained, structured, and capable of joining a senior team, considering studies in sport, or simply carrying forward everything they have learned on the field.

The middle school and high school years — that’s where you learn the most, where you build the strongest bonds.

Does American football intimidate you? That’s probably because it’s often misunderstood. Here, all profiles are welcome — all body types, all levels. The priority is safety and learning. Alongside the youth programme, a mixed adult flag football section, playing 5-on-5, took part in the French championship from its very first season. This year, the team secured a place in the top 25 French teams and reached a National 1 semi-final.

Product Owner and coach share the same DNA: understanding people, building a collective vision, moving forward through iterations — while managing uncertainty and trusting the group. At ATI4, we believe the best team members are often those with strong commitments outside of work. Not because it looks good in a bio, but because it says something profound about the way they approach everything they do.

ESThaon Archery.

Some sports never really leave you.

Michaël first discovered archery between 1998 and 2003, then life took other directions. Until 2024, when he pushed open the door of ESThaon Tir à l’Arc in Thaon-les-Vosges and instantly rediscovered what made this sport so special. The absolute concentration, the silence before the shot, and the satisfaction of an arrow finding its mark. Discipline, calm and precision — qualities he knows well from his work in code.

Founded in 1950, the club is competition-oriented, with a solid core of 10 to 15 archers who regularly compete across the Grand Est region. Regular podium finishes, young archers competing at a good level, and two facilities: an indoor hall for winter and an outdoor archery garden for the warmer months.

Today, Michaël is one of our back-end developers and contributes to the life of his club. By taking on the development of the club’s website, he puts his skills to work for something that truly drives him. Proof that commitment doesn’t stop at the shooting line.

Do you share the same values ?

At ATI4, we hire people who are as committed to their craft as they are to their passions outside of work. If you recognise yourself in this approach, we may have a place for you.
