UNIWAX is the West African lead manufacturer of wax fabrics. Born from the alliance between professionalism and creativity, the company is the embodiment of African high elegance. These real wax fabrics popularly named “Wax Côte d’Ivoire” are sold and exported to many countries. The high-quality label contributes greatly to local cotton. These colorful and festive fabrics worn by African women for 200 years highlight a true, authentic, and unique heritage. The brand’s vision is quite simple: elegance, excellence, and modernity.
Redesign and Hyvä!
We participated in the setup of the redesign environment hosted on Google Cloud with the development of the platform and the digital sales channel, the website redesign, and the introduction of new features.
This was also a redesign project conducted with the Hyvä theme: the outcome is outstanding and the new technology is now providing a smooth user experience.
Mobile and UX/UI
A mobile and responsive adaptation of the website was one of our priorities. Indeed, in a country where internet access is expensive, web content must benefit from optimized loading speed to be perfectly adapted to the very widespread smartphones.
Our VUXE partner, the consulting agency expert in communication strategy, provided the website’s mockups and all their declinations on about 20 pages. This collaboration allowed Uniwax to enhance its online performance by increasing the number of hits and boosting its conversion rate.
100% remote
The entire project was carried out remotely as the client is located in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The tools and technology we used allowed us to succeed: communication by email, phone calls, and video conferences. Moreover, our JIRA platform allowed our client to be totally involved in the team by having access to current tickets, elaborating on its own ideas, and overall being directly implicated in the project.
Uniwax is a satisfied client delighted to have had to deal with an attentive and available team who understands the challenges of an Ecommerce website. To this day, the wax store has been launched in the US, soon in B2B and our team keeps upgrading and adding new features.
