You will support one or more of our teams (Cookies, Experts, Pirates, Geckos, Raptors, Gremlins, Firecorn, or Vipers) and directly contribute to their success.
Each team is made up of complementary talents : 1 Lead Developer, 2 to 3 Back-End Developers, 2 Front-End Developers, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner.
On average, a team supports three clients at a time to stay focused, autonomous, and effective.

Your daily responsibilities
As a Magento 2 Back-End Developer, you will play a key role in the technical success of our e-commerce projects:
- Manage a portfolio of up to three clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain the back-end features of our clients’ Magento 2 platforms.
- Design and implement custom modules while respecting Magento architecture and design patterns.
- Create and integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) to connect Magento with third-party systems (PIM, ERP, OMS).
- Optimize performance: SQL queries, caching system, asynchronous processing, indexing.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and compliance with PSR standards.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, the lead developer, and the Scrum Master within a dedicated team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical estimations during sprint planning.
What you bring
Methodological skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology: active participation in ceremonies (daily, planning, retrospective, review).
- Multi-project management: ability to juggle maintenance (TMA) and new feature development.
- Technical documentation: clear writing on Confluence to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Development best practices: GIT, npm, Docker, unit tests, etc.
Technical skills
- Magento 2 expertise (essential) : Deep understanding of Magento 2 architecture, excellent knowledge of the caching system (Full Page Cache, Block Cache, Varnish), development of custom modules following Magento standards, management of system configurations, XML layout, and events/observers.
- Back-end technical stack: Object-oriented PHP and advanced SQL, design and consumption of REST and GraphQL APIs, back-end optimization techniques, modern development tools, unit and integration testing.
- Complementary technical environment: Magento-related tools, DevOps/CI-CD, PHP frameworks.
- E-commerce ecosystem: Integration of third-party solutions (PIM, ERP, payment systems…), understanding of business challenges, knowledge of security and e-commerce regulations
Soft skills
- Team spirit: close collaboration with other developers (lead, front-end) and business profiles (PO, Scrum Master).
- Autonomy and proactivity: ability to propose technical solutions and take initiative.
- Technical curiosity: active monitoring of the Magento ecosystem and PHP evolutions.
- Communication: ability to explain complex technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
- Rigor and quality: attention to detail, respect for coding standards and best practices.
- Fluent English: essential for reading documentation, interacting with international providers, and participating in projects.
