Join our dynamic and innovative agency as a Product Owner! Every team member at our agency has a significant impact on project success. Responsibility is key because success isn’t achieved alone, which is why we’ve established a collaborative team-based approach.
Your role: : As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, as well as working closely with clients to understand and translate their needs into clear, actionable features. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of products that meet client expectations.
Each team supports a maximum of three clients and is given full autonomy and the necessary resources to succeed and grow.
Each team consists of one Lead Developer, 2–3 Back-End Developers , 2 Front-End Developers, one Scrum Master and one product owner.
Tools we use : Jira + Confluence, Git, Warden, Lastpass, Teams
Our current teams : The Firecorns, the Gremlins, the Raptors, the Experts, the Cookies, the Pirates, the Geckos…

Your missions at ATI4:
- Defining the product backlog: Write and prioritize user stories based on client needs and business objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable features.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Planning and monitoring: Participate in sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to guide product decisions.
- Innovation and continuous improvement: Research new ideas and solutions to continuously enhance products and processes.

Salary: €33k €43k per year
