Join our dynamic and innovative agency as a Scrum Master! Every team member in our agency has a significant impact on the success of our projects. Responsibility is crucial because it’s impossible to succeed alone, which is why we’ve established a collaborative team environment.
Your role : As a Scrum Master, you will ensure adherence to Agile methodology and facilitate communication and collaboration within our teams. You will help eliminate obstacles, improve processes, and maximize the team’s productivity.
Each team consists of various talents: a lead developer, two to three backend developers, two frontend developers, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. Each team supports up to three clients and has full autonomy and authority to succeed and grow. You need to be motivated and proud of your work!
The tools : Jira + Confluence, Git, Warden, Lastpass, Teams

Your responsibilities at ATI4:
- Lead a team of developers and manage projects using SCRUM.
- Ensure deadlines are met and manage a client portfolio.
- Write functional specifications and oversee sprints.
- Organize and plan tasks, meetings, and projects.
- Make estimates and propose effective solutions.

Status : Executive
Salary : €33,000.00 to €43,000.00
