The Kings of branding

For over three years (but who’s counting when we’re having fun?), the Raptors have formed the largest team in the agency. But there’s no question of losing cohesion or efficiency: throughout all these years, each Raptor knows their presence is essential.
Together, they share values of solidarity, exchange, cohesion, sharing, and support. The team moves forward together, with flawless professionalism and always in a good mood.
As Julien puts it: “We’re like a custom framework: flexible, efficient, and scalable.” Colleagues who push each other to succeed and persevere to reach the same goal.
The Raptors are also the kings of branding. Every team member is so attached to the team that they personalize their clothing and their desks!
Their members, coming from different professional backgrounds, form a unique collective, rich in perspectives but, most importantly, a contagious energy born from their solidarity and sense of exchange. A blend of atmosphere and performance, that’s their signature: working seriously without ever taking themselves too seriously.
For a little fun fact, it was this shared creativity that led them to integrate an “easter egg” feature into a project, initially “just for testing.” But the feature was so well-received that it became an official site feature. Proof that boldness and the unexpected can lead to successful projects !

The Cookies team is the epitome of resilience and complementarity. They’re capable of tackling the most complex needs of our clients with both precision and creativity.
Collaboration and communication lie at the heart of their working method. Everyone brings their best to the team, ensuring that they move forward together. It’s this diversity of profiles that brings an unmatched richness to the digital solutions they provide to clients.
On a daily basis, the Cookies mostly work remotely, and we must admit, distance is not a barrier. Quite the opposite, it pushes our teams to focus on the key elements of each project while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Cookies team embodies a duality: seriousness in work and a touch of madness within the team. It’s a tightly-knit group that’s fun, occasionally quirky, but always results-driven.
And when we asked them for a team anecdote, they said, “We laugh a lot, but we work even better, and what happens with the Cookies stays with the Cookies.

The Gremlins are a close-knit, autonomous, and resourceful team. If anyone needs help, there’s always a Gremlin shoulder to lean on!
Despite sometimes complex situations, they remain multitasking and ready to take on any challenge that comes their way. Technically speaking, they are a very solid team—an essential quality considering the diverse range of projects they handle. In this environment, each team member has developed invaluable independence and autonomy, while still staying committed to the spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
They’re also the team with the most projects under their belt, with each person producing more than one project. And even though each member is often assigned to different projects, whenever assistance is needed, their colleagues are always ready to step in!
Why the Gremlins? Because they’re unpredictable, resourceful, and endearing! Much like in the movie, they turn chaos into success, all while wearing a smile. A team that always finds a way to meet their goals—with a smile and passion to boot!

The Firecorns team is full of energy! Young, ambitious, and passionate, they are always ready to go above and beyond with unmatched enthusiasm.
For the Firecorns, collective progression is a top priority. Each member is committed not only to advancing individually but also to helping their teammates grow. No matter the constraints or pressures of a project, they know they can rely on one another.
The idea of progressing together is at the heart of their working methodology: improving both individually and collectively, always with a smile!

The Geckos are our consulting team, the pillar of agility and adaptability. Just like the animal that changes its color to blend with its environment, the team immerses itself in your world to understand your needs and those of your end users.
Their mission? To support you at every stage of your digital project, going far beyond the technical aspects of developing your platform.
Composed of various complementary expert profiles, their approach is holistic. Before the project, the team helps you structure your project, ensuring that your image and goals align with the technical requirements of our developers. During the project, they guide you through web analysis and optimization of your tool to ensure a seamless user experience. After the launch of your e-commerce platform, the Geckos will continue to support you, making you independent in managing all the strategic and digital levers of your project.

They are our technical experts, the guardians of code, the architects of infrastructure, the hunters of impossible bugs, and the last-minute saviors. They don’t carry swords, but their keyboards are as sharp as blades.
When a project is sinking, when an integration is shipwrecking, or when a bug threatens the smooth delivery of a project, the Pirates rush in to lend a hand. They are the crew you call when you’re looking for a solution.
